Play it again used to have heart. This place became so rude and overpriced since they were bought out or whatever. Used to be ran by the nicest couple that provided an awesome service... now it’s just a money grab, also barely any hockey skates in stock which sucks because it used to be a great spot for that. just bad hospitality as well

Don’t give this guy your business. Complete jerk. Walked in 10 mins before close with my 9 year old so, to be greeted with “closing the register what can I help you with?” In a snarky condescending attitude like I was bothering him walking in so close to close. To which I replied, “sounds like you don’t want to help us with anything”. “Well you don’t have to come back was his response”. I proceed to leave he goes “teach your son right” ha. This guy doesn’t deserve business. If you check my reviews 99% are 5 star, I do not leave bad reviews, ever. This guy deserves it.

Most inventory is the same junk from 10+ years ago that will never sell. Back then the owners were so good and still had the franchising rights. Current owner was too cheap to keep the name, frequently has "friends" visiting the store and loudly calling each other slurs, and is just completely useless sitting at the desk the entire time and refusing to help any customers even when asked. The prices are so bad now you might as well buy new elsewhere or find used gear online that is actually priced properly.

I go here all the time to buy baseball bats, baseballs, and to get my baseball bat grips; which the owner puts on all my bats whether I bought it there or not. Always friendly. Answers my questions honestly and to the point like I like it. No fluff. Just honest, simple service…that’s what we need in a community store. I’ve bought things here. Traded as well. I always leave satisfied. As long as this store is here, I’ll keep coming even if just to browse, I love this place!

We had such a great experience today with Marlin. He was so helpful and knowledgeable in getting my son set up with his first hockey gear. Being a new sport for my son, I was so happy to find this store where o could get what he needed and not spend nearly as much of I’d bought retail. Thank you for such a great buying experience!
